One of my favourite places in KW. I love that you don't need an appointment, you can just show up when you are stressed and need some relaxation. I live with MDD (Major Depressive Disorder) and this is one of the supports I rely on to manage my mental health. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who enjoys the thermal cycle experience, the Banya and Steam room are the best. They are a small businesses who are constantly striving to provide great services and upgrades to their facility. They offer gift cards too, a good gift idea for first-timers who are curious.

The facilities were clean, relaxing, and exactly what I was hoping for. My only concern was that the front desk staff came across as unwelcoming, and at times gave off-putting looks while we were packing up even though we were leaving on time. I’d still recommend the sauna itself because the space and hydrotherapy amenities were great.

A wonderful place to unwind and gather with friends. Everything is very clean and tidy. Two towels and tea are included in the price, and it makes your visit very comfortable - you only need flipflops and a swimsuit (and a reusable cup for tea, if you prefer). The bathrobes are 10 dollars extra to rent. I would also recommend bringing a woolen hat/ a bandana/ a scarf with you to protect your hair from the heat. There is an infrared sauna, a hammam, a Finnish dry sauna and a more humid eastern European sauna. You can stand under a cold bucket afterwards or take a cold plunge. It's also a small local business that appreciates your support after surviving the pandemic.
