My husband and I visited Salt Secret for the first time this weekend and it was extraordinary. We had no idea what to expect, which was the exciting part - we wanted a new and different spa experience. The cave was definitely a unique space, and we preferred it to other "different" experiences we've tried before. We definitely plan to return and have had nothing but great things to say to family and friends we hope to refer. Darlene and Joseline are delightful! They have great respect for preserving the ambiance of the space and ensuring customers get the most out of their booking. Great memory. Great service. Great date. 10/10!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Salt Secret in Waterloo. Serene atmosphere, friendly staff, a private and peaceful experience. As someone with respiratory issues, I was concerned I might not find the whole experience comfortable and tolerable, but the opposite was true. We found ourselves feeling cleansed, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

A hot stone massage, time in the salt cave with blueberry tea and dark chocolate… pure restoration. What stayed with me most wasn’t just the experience, it was the people.
