I had a very bad experience at Kwik on White Settlement Road. I paid $175 for a diagnostic, and they told me the issue was my push-start system. That diagnosis was wrong. I took my car to another mechanic, and the real problem was the fuel pump, which they fixed without issue. The staff was unprofessional and rude, and James made no effort to help resolve the situation or take accountability for the incorrect diagnosis. I feel like they took my money and wasted my time. I would not recommend this shop. I try to call corporate but they would not give me the number.

Random, but 5 stars for customer service. I needed to switch out my license plates to handicap. One screw was stuck. Went to Auto Zone and guy there was rude, but did inform me that the guys here were nice and would help. Without hesitation, the young man helped me. He could've totally had the Auto Zone attitude, but he didnt. Much appreciated!

We went for an alignment and found this location does some repairs like the alignment that other locations dont. We were able to get in on a Sunday for this which made it very convenient for us as everyone else was closed or didnt offer this service. The guys were friendly. It took us about an hour and a half before they pulled us in but they were busy and it was around lunch time. We just played games on our phones while we waited. The alignment was pretty quick. The price was the same as Walmart and Pep Boys. I do recommend this location.

SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY. I went in for a wheel alignment and paid $120. Absolutely nothing was fixed. Same problem. I called them and they told me to come back and promised to fix it. When I returned, they had the nerve to charge me another $170 for NO REASON, wasted my time, and still didn’t fix the problem. The issue is exactly the same. Worse than that, they completely messed up my car, now all the warning lights on my dashboard are on. This place will take your money, lie to you, and damage your car. These people are scammers. Do NOT bring your car here unless you want to lose money and end up with more problems than you started with.

I went in requesting only a coolant top-off, as I suspected a coolant leak. I did not want a diagnostic, but they told me there was no other option. I had to do a diagnostic first, even just to get the coolant. Right before the diagnostic was performed, I asked them to stop. The employee ignored my request and continued anyway. I was charged $175. Staff were unclear about pricing; when I asked how much coolant alone would cost, I was told they couldn’t know until after the diagnostic. I asked the manager if there was someone higher I could speak with. He said no, the owner is just the owner and doesn’t know anything about car mechanics. There’s no one else to escalate to. He also said my car had been sitting for 20 minutes and that I “had plenty of time to decide,” and when I expressed concern, he responded, “It is what it is.” This locatio has usually been very good, and I have appreciated their services in the past, but I don’t know this new management. I don’t know how long he’s been here, but I’ve never seen him before. I just wanted to express that this used to be good service. I don’t trust this location to provide transparent service under this management. If you’re a woman, or anyone concerned about clear pricing and consent, be careful.
