I have a really bad back, injuries, suffer from aches and pains, plus I'm somehow able to hit the gym and play softball in a league. Yeah, crazy... But Cryotherapy has helped reduce any and almost all aches and pains! It helps that Ruth is super friendly too. Give your body a treat and try a Cryotherapy session. You'll be surprised how immediate your body feels better.

E had the combo which was this machine and spot treatment on her ankle. She felt the treatments helped her ankle so we will be in again. I appreciated the student discount and the availability to buy packages so when we go in next time we will do this. Glad we were able to find it because it is easy to miss. Oh and there's parking in the back!

Tried LA Cryo after having body sculpting done almost a month ago. My body is still very tight and sore. I felt looser as I thawed out after my treatment. The two lady owners were FANTASTIC and there were tons of laughs!!! A must try!

Came here for the first time today. I’ve tried cryo before somewhere in west LA a few years ago. My experience here was much better. The staff was very informative and friendly. I did the full treatment of full body and spot treatment, highly recommend it! Walked out of there feeling great! I put my body through a lot of physical stress as a MMA fighter and glad I found LA cryo to help speed my recovery and take care of all my injuries! Great price and great service. Take care of your body and come in for some cryotherapy for injuries or to boost recovery from workouts!

This is the BEST Cryo place in the Pasadena area! I used to drive all the way to Hollywood for Cryotherapy, but LA Cryo Spa blows that place away! This has helped me recover from all my hard training sessions in the gym and in my Jiu Jitsu academy. Do yourself a favor and try this place out! Tell them Jeremy sent you :)
