New remodel is fantastic! Natural light, hardwoods, new machines, a whole section set aside for heavy dumbells(75-125.) There is a black turf ( oKAY!) plop in the middle, super nice and clean. Replete with all the bells and whistles. The thing that drew me in may very well split the crowd. Apparently the basketball court is gone. I didnt notice it before(though my previous my home gym was Skillman, and currently its Oak Cliff.) In its place is an AMAZING gym thats focused for legs and back. TEN! Thats TEN, Squat racks, with about five feet in between for walk space, FOUR smith machines, and a bunch of other leg, glute and back machines fill the room. Its well lit, and the floot is a composite rubber so you dont bang or scratch the floor. And your feet grip when you walk! The staff here is nice and professional. They thing I like is they lowkey let you do you. They're helpful, but dont butt in. All in all fantastic! I only put 4/5 so people dont think its a bot. To me its a five!!

By far the nicest one I’ve been to. The people that work there are friendly. Also the upkeep is good and it’s newly remodeled so it’s very clean. The lockers aren’t all busted up like many of the other locations. There’s ample parking and they don’t needlessly blast music which is great since everyone is wearing earbuds.

Love this location! The staff is always friendly. Kelly is the manager and doing great running this gym! Equipment works and if it’s broken they are on it to get fixed. And may I add this location is always cleaner than other locations. Always have cleaning staff cleaning. Enjoy this gym. I’m excited for all the updates coming soon!

Kevin, Kelly, Josh, and Mike are what makes this place shine and run, Cleanest gym in DFW!! the employees change overtime a lot but I’ve been coming to this gym for a while now! Very great atmosphere and environment! Very informative too and always up to date an actually do their job! It’s hard to find any actual companies that the employees actually care about you. With this gym the staff has always been nothing but upmost respect with every single worker will always be completely helpful to the guests as well since I like to chit chat with the workers at this location a lot! Don’t know what happened with the old GM Joel but he was always great help and a good guy to always share a laugh and smile with. Also talked with the front desk guy and he said they might be getting renovated soon? However this is the nicest La fitness I’ve been to! Are they adding another weight room does anyone know? Please let me know!
