I honestly do not recommend this gym. The whole place feels very old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Even the racks where the dumbbells are supposed to go are broken. And that’s not even mentioning the fact that the air conditioning wasn’t working after some kind of fire in the sauna or something, so it was unbearably hot to work out there — especially in the dance room. It’s honestly sad because the gym is huge and has so much potential, but you can clearly tell nobody really takes care of it or keeps it clean. Overall, it just looks extremely outdated and neglected.

So let’s cover the basics. Is it a gym and does it have gym equipment? Yes. Now, it’s not the cleanest and frequently the barbell clips are missing. Classes are also diminishing, especially for afternoon evening time. It does have a nice range of machines and dumbbells so if that’s all you need this place has it. I just wouldn’t put your trust in the water This should not be classed as an “Elite” gym. The smoothie store inside has not been open in years. The facility is dirty. Smaller than other elite gyms. Has less weights and they squeeze cardio machines just about everywhere possible. It’s like a Planet Fitness with a few extra steps.

This gym charges $35 a month, they should be charging $10. I’ll take a PF Lunk Alarm over the wave of depression that hits me when I walk in the door. Nothing works, it’ll take one week for something to break and six months to fix it. Ole Quarterzip McGee the VP of the place doesn’t respond to bad reviews, so not shocked that nothing has been fixed in years. Let’s talk old rusty equipment, broken sinks with faucets HANGING, gross showers in the locker rooms, lack of free weights, and a high staff turnover rate. Coming from the location off of Prosperity: this one is a joke.
