This place is the best personal training around! I started my journey almost 3 years ago after I stopped drinking and started on an unhealthy diet of sugar. I looked up personal training and found Taylor's website. I sent in the Google form from his website, met Taylor and within a week, I started getting my body back into some sort of shape. When Taylor says personal training, he means it. I have been going there almost three years and have never met or even seen another client. There is no one waiting in the lobby for you to finish your workout, it's always just you and Taylor. Taylor also offers online training and it's very in depth as well. I was doing two days in-person training with Taylor and two days of online training. He made sure that both workouts coincided with each other for an all around total workout. For the online training, he provides an excel spreadsheet complete with links to videos showing you how to do each workout, amount of reps, weight, etc. He also changes the workouts so things don't get "stale". The gym is Taylor's gym. This isn't meeting someone at Planet Fitness, this is the real deal personal training. The gym is ALWAYS immaculate! Taylor takes pride in his gym and his machines, he is always staying on top of the latest equipment and technology. The gym is always clean, the weights and machines are always in top working order and clean. Taylor is also always cleaning items after you use them for the next client. He ensures that everyone is washing their hands and he even cleans the door handles upon entry and exit. When I say the gym is IMMACULATE, that is really an understatement. Through all of this, I not only have a better grasp on my eating habits and my workout habits; this process has made me the strongest I have been in my entire 47 years because Taylor will push you both mentally and physically. If you want a total body workout in an immaculate, private, state of the art gym, then Taylor Carpenter Personal Training is where you need to be!
Taylor is awesome - I have gone for years and he never once cancelled or was late, always extremely professional. High-end gear and extremely clean facility. Very organized and did a great job with variety and tailoring program to both diet and exercise needs.

He will work with you to establish your goals expose you to tools to track weight, food, and steps; adjust your workout routine to help you hit your goals, and (most importantly) hold you accountable for your own results. Taylor is the perfect trainer for novices who are serious about getting control of their health and strength. However, his iterative, systematic approach is great as you gain more experience, making him a fantastic choice for people at any experience level. Hitting these goals are tough, and you need more than kind words to succeed. You need a plan, and Taylor is an excellent mentor to help you achieve your goals.
Taylor is amazing to work with both in person for training and with online sessions. His gym is always immaculate and he is always up to date on the latest equipment. The online sessions are methodically laid out with detailed direction. Taylor is also very knowledgeable when it comes to working around any slight knocks or injuries. If you want the best in the business whether having years of workout experience or just a newbie starting, Taylor is the only choice.
My time with Taylor was invaluable and absolutely what I needed to get me on track with my fitness goals. In every session and email, Taylor was very informative and gave lots of details for any concept or exercise he was explaining. He made it clear what was needed to reach certain goals, and has many methods of tracking progress. If you adhere to what he sets out for you, you will see results. His private gym is very clean and all of his equipment is well maintained. All workouts are 1-on-1 with him, which is great to have an environment where I could ask questions and get the direct training I need for my goals. He is very responsive to any communication you may have with him outside of your sessions as well. Overall, I appreciate Taylor for giving me a new mindset towards fitness and exercise. I have a better understanding of what it takes to reach my goals. He also helped me reached one of my main goals with working with him, which is to get better at deadlifting. I started in the low 100 lbs with incorrect form, but I am now up to 200+ lbs. His sessions will get you to where you want to be, if you put the work in!
