Inside service was great! Our sales lady was very friendly, very thorough with offering what we were looking for and helping us with ideas and colours. Explained all the discounts and delivery info. We asked for her when we came back to do another purchase. The products and standards were beyond expectations and wonderful quality. We will definitely be a return customer.

I purchased my furniture from the Chesapeake VA location and waited 8 weeks for delivery (this was expected since they had to build the order). When the furniture was delivered I found 2 of the legs on sofa were not placed properly and I requested repair service. My initial request was done 12/30. I have not heard back from the LaZBoy service department with a scheduled repair date. When I called they said they were working on it. Terrible response for furniture that should have been quality checked before delivery. Can I repair it myself? Probably. But why should I have to repair a sofa that cost 4k dollars!

I had an awesome experience at the La-Z- Boy location in Chesapeake. I did my research so I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in the door. However, they seemed busy because no one approached me initially. I was on my way out the door when Caitlin came over. She was absolutely amazing. (Informative, personable and excellent customer service skills) She was able to assist me with getting exactly what I wanted. The 30% off holiday discount was an added bonus. 😊 I can’t wait to receive the recliner they are designing for me.

I’d been looking for recliners and decided to try Lazy boy. I was approached by Liam and he proved to know what he was doing. He was very patient and helpful with the entire process! He showed me multiple options after guiding me through the shop, he showed computer images also!
