Katobia was wonderful!! Extremely knowledgeable and very nice. I reached out after a previous pest control company. Let me down. I feel much more confident we will have success after speaking with her.

I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of both of the pest control specialist (Allie) and the phone representative. Same day service was available and I’m already feeling more secure in my home, thanks to the specialist’s work and advising. Lajaunie’s is highly recommended.

We’ve used this company for many years for termite prevention and always had great service. We started having pest issues and they came out within 2 hours on a Saturday! Katobia was fantastic, she explained everything really well and we really felt like she cared about getting this fixed for us. We plan to use this company when we move to our next house as well! Highly recommend!

Dijon provided absolutely outstanding service! He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. The service was thorough, efficient, and done with great care for my home and family. I noticed immediate results and felt confident knowing the job was done right. Dijon is a true asset to LaJuanie’s Pest Control, and I highly recommend requesting him if you can!

UPDATE: LaJaunie's was very receptive in listening to my concerns. They were able to schedule a service the next day. They were friendly, thorough, and even found the major source of the wasps were a large nest in my neighbor's fence! Very thankful and appreciate their attentiveness. Looking forward to continuing using them in the future. I have enjoyed using this service for my Home Pest Control for almost 2 yrs now. They are very effective and efficient. However, the past several services have not been up to the original standard. For my last two services they explained that they would reschedule with me to spray the outside property since it was raining. Both times the company never contacted me and I had to reach out to reschedule. Another issue for my area and property are wasp nests. The previous services have not been thorough for the outside property. For example this last service this morning, there are still 3 nests on the house that weren't sprayed or knocked down.
