We had an amazing experience with Elle. She was so helpful and kind and never pushy in anyway. We went in for a chair and ended up buying a new dining room set and a second chair. The prices and selection were great. I highly recommend going and ask for Elle - she is great!

We just had our new loveseat delivered and what a great experience! We originally found the loveseat we wanted at a different store. In a whim we went into Lake Effect to look around and found the same loveseat for about half the price! With tax, delivery and a care plan it was still several hundred dollars cheaper than the other store. Christine was wonderful and so helpful! The whole team made sure we knew all the details- no fine print! The piece came in sooner than expected and delivered quickly and efficiently. We’ll be back!

I was pretty skeptical of this place and pretty much told my fiancée I wouldn’t go to this place. Their website had literally zero reviews on any of the furniture. Well come to find out it’s absolutely AMAZING! We bought a 5 piece sectional, a recliner and a dinning room table set that seats 6. We worked with Dijae Bradley and she was FANTASTIC! She answered all of our questions, which there were many. She was so patient, very professional and made us both feel at ease when things were a little rocky. She figured out our issues and made everything go well to have us leaving satisfied. Collin was a huge help and very reassuring on the financial end as well. Thanks guys! We’ll definitely be back!

When I tell you how amazing Christine S. Was to work with at Lake Effect, I MEAN IT!! I never felt pushed into a sale. She really got to know what we wanted and needed, without hovering or feeling like just another purchase. My husband and I felt really heard and had some of the most positive customer service from Christine S we've ever received. She is genuine, knows her products and how to find unique options that fit her clients individually without adding pressure. I truly enjoyed working with her and am so grateful to her. She is a knowledge expert and moreover, an expert in how to interact on a person to person level with intelligence and was so helpful. I also have to commend everyone at lake effect furniture, we've always been greeted with real smiles, respect and never felt like a sale. Colin was so helpful and beyond informative on things I didn't think to ask for finance and purchasing and Allan was also so helpful as soon as I entered the store and helped me with system questions and helped me connect with Christine without question. I would shop here first EVERY time and am impressed by the selection. What a great staff and gorgeous furniture with great prices.

Love this LOCAL furniture store! My mom bought a couch here last year, it’s still in perfect shape and we love it, so when it was time for our family to get a new couch we came here. They have many amazing options. Allen helped us navigate their huge showroom and pick an amazing couch. Mariah was super helpful answering questions at the end too. The entire team is very friendly and helpful. I will be buying all my furniture from this store here on out. Thank you lake effect!!
