Our experience at Raymour & Flanigan was wonderful thanks to Rochelle Thompson. We had a good idea of what we were looking for and she helped us find it. She was such a breath of fresh air. She didn't pressure or hover. She let us peruse at our own pace. She was genuine and very down to Earth. When we go back for other items, we will definitely ask to work with her again.

We purchased a living room set 4yrs ago with the platinum extended warranty. Unfortunately they were unable to repair, the store credit us full credit for pieces . Zach helped us find the perfect set . We love it !! And the manufacturer warranty
