Code regs said our 1939 home's broken floor furnace couldn't be replaced. This company installed a wall heater in 1993. Thirty-two years later they're still in business, still providing exceptional, professional service. 25 Nov 2025 Juan & Rylan went above & beyond to replace our heater quickly & cheerfully. I won't go elsewhere and I'm glad I don't have to.

Outstanding from beginning to end. I contacted Juan when the AC unit went out in my mother in law’s house. I tried a few things but wasn’t able to figure it out. Juan was able to come out the same day, identify the cause and fix it quickly without any upselling. They were very upfront and honest, which we greatly appreciated. Looks like we found our go-to HVAC specialists.

Ryan was so kind and sweet. He also called to give an ETA and when he arrived. He came within a couple hours too! He was very friendly with my cats and showed me what was wrong with the AC. He also gave tips on how to keep the house clean and cool. He was nothing but nice and respectful. We will always call Ryan if we need help.

Needed an emergency repair asap. Called Lakewood Heating and Air and they were able to stop and fix my problem within about 2 hours. The tech, Ryan, was super friendly. Explained in detail what the problem was, and explained what he did to fix it. Definitely using this company again to do my AC maintenance. I love doing work with companies that are prompt!
