My spa was giving me a problem with 1/2 of the jets working and the others not. The guys were professional and on time. They would give a 4 hour window and would call about 30 minutes before arrival. Perfect...gave time to run an errand withoug missing them. It took two visits to nail down the problem and a third because I was an idiot!! I highly recommend them. No upsell, honest and friendly. They didn't charge my card until everything was complete. Well done guys!!

I have had my Spa (Jacuzzi) for almost 20 years and have a few repairs done, however, most were overcharged and service was HORRIBLE. I call Steve at Klear Water to see if he could fix a leak that just started a week ago. He came out (on time) and was able to fix it within a few mins. He also fixed a leaky jet controller and will come back the next time I empty the spa so he can replace the light. I am so glad I now have someone I can trust to do professional work...thanks.
