I visited the shop with my MacBook Air M2 and got a very positive experience. There was a problem with the screen and I needed a good place in Newcastle. As I did check a few options I found myself here and I am glad I did. They identified the issue effectively and provided a precise quote prior to doing so. On repair, good quality, screen resembling originality and all functioning fine. Turnaround also was decent. There are no trustworthy repair shops that we can find nowadays but these guys appear to be authentic. I'll be coming back if needed. I would strongly recommend this store.
