PTC were fantastic when I had a green line screen issue with my Pixel 8. They were responsive, accommodating, and thoroughly professional from start to finish. Excellent service and a great experience overall.

Had to get a battery and screen for an iPhone 15 pro replaced (a repair which apple refused to do without sending my phone away for 10 days), I went to PTC on short notice close to the stores closing time. Ray was able to provide excellent customer service and had it done in less than 30 minutes. On pickup I also bought a screen protector which Ray expertly fitted my phone, taking into consideration a normal screen protector would not fit with my case meaning he had to custom make a screen protector for me. The repair was quick, affordable and done with apple genuine parts, if I ever need to get anything fixed I’ll come to Ray at PTC Charlestown first!

I can’t recommend PTC Charlestown highly enough. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff May were friendly, professional, and clearly know their stuff. My phone repair was done quickly and with great attention to detail, and the pricing was very fair with no surprises. They also have a great range of phone cases and accessories, and they actually take the time to help you choose what’s best rather than just trying to sell you something. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. If you’re in Charlestown and need a phone repair or a new case, this is the place to go. I am not tech savvy so when my phone is not working properly l take it to someone who knows. I presented to PTC Phone Repairs yesterday and was greeted with quick friendly and knowledgeable advise from the lovely people there. I would certainly recommend PTC to anyone who requires phone attention and repairs. The staff were very efficient and the price was very reasonable- not to mention that it took very little time to repair. Please don’t hesitate to visit as I’m sure you will be totally satisfied.
