I just had the roof and gutters replaced on my 100 year old home and detached garage. Gutter guards too! It looks FANTASTIC!! My crews did a great job! My property was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. They were quick and very professional. The whole process went smooth from start to finish. Great workmanship, great customer service, a wide variety of color choices and a no pressure sales team. I'm happy to recommend Landmark Roofing! It poured the following day and I couldn't stop smiling. Thank you Landmark!!

Everyone at Landmark was professional and courteous. The process in getting my current shingles replaced was great from quoting to install. The crew was very quick & thorough and took special care to make sure the clean-up was spotless. My gutters were cleaned and gutter guards were also installed. Gutter guards work great to keep leaves out, but ice build-up during the winter is now an ongoing downfall. Cleaning any snow off the gutter guards is a must to try to minimize the ice build-up issues. It would have been a good thing for Landmark to be transparent and discuss this resulting downfall prior to a purchase. Any subsequent questions were addressed quickly and they continue to provide quick responses and support even after it being over a year later. I would not hesitate to recommend Landmark to anyone!

This is my third project using Landmark roofing. Jon and his team were great! This was a custom built gazebo with a seamless roof and vaulted metal ceiling. Leo and Merv’s crew were meticulous and conscientious of my need for a special look!

Landmark Roofing replaced the entire roof at Nine Mile UM church in 2 days. Part of the roof was shingles and the highest and oldest portion of the church was a shingled roof. They were great to work with, communication was easy and prompt with Dan Schmucker. He was very professional in sharing his thoughts but in no way pushed or tried to oversell us. The crew that came out did an amazing job with efficiency, professionalism and clean up. There were no negatives working with Landmark in any way. We appreciate all they did for the church.

Landmark Roofing went above and beyond. * Leah our first contact representative. She stepped up with a more itemized quotes. This helped our insurance company to not only realize the existent of the repairs, but too justify the funding requirements. * Mr Perry (the owner of Landmark ). Covered for Mrs Leah during her vacation. Like all big projects. All performed well with the few issues that are to be expected. * Mr Max and other crews returned in a timely, weather restricted manner. To correct a few minor and one major ( structural issue ) found during the renovation. I highly recommend Landmark Roofing. They work with you to ensure there costumer’s are truly satisfied.
