I visited Lane 7 Liverpool for a hen party recently, and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. I would not recommend this venue to anyone planning a special event. The service started with a server spilling drinks all over the bride and another bridesmaid. While accidents happen, it was clearly due to the tray not being weighted properly. We were promised the spilled drinks would be replaced for free and removed from our bill, but it went downhill from there. The replacement they brought was the wrong drink entirely, and I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my first drink to arrive after everyone else had already been served. The stock management was non-existent. When I tried to order a second round, I was told they had run out of non-alcoholic mixers. To make matters worse, we realized halfway through that we hadn’t been given the drink tokens/sheets included in our pre-paid booking. When we finally got them, they were out of stock of my choice again. When I settled for a Coke Zero, the syrup had run out, so I had to change my order for a third time. To "compensate" us for the constant errors, they offered us a free activity. We chose darts, but were then told we had to wait because they prioritize "walk-ins" over our group. This is ridiculous considering we were a large hen party already spending a significant amount of money in the venue. We paid the bill, but the experience was stressful and unprofessional. If you are looking for a smooth, clean, and fun hen do, go elsewhere. I won’t be returning.

Fun night out for adults. It's as much a bar as a bowling alley. There are games on the side as well. We have been quite a few times. And the wall decor is quite cool. The drinks get brought right to your lane, which for the price and experience is bang on for the price point. Always fun

went here for my 18th birthday for a game. this was really fun but i feel like that was because of the people i was with not necessarily the place. it was £12 per person and the woman who served us and set us up was very nonchalant looked cool tho and id rather bowl here then a normal oneeee

Amazing experience with Line7 in Liverpool! I had an excellent experience with the team at Line7 in Liverpool. From the very first contact, they were extremely professional, attentive, and committed to delivering high-quality work. The environment is modern and well-organized, and the entire team clearly knows what they’re doing. Customer service was outstanding — always ready to answer questions and ensure everything went smoothly. Delivery was on time, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Line7 to anyone looking for quality, efficiency, and exceptional service in Liverpool.

Great place to chill with friends and nice for a first date. Very warm indoors especially in the blazing winter’s cold. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Drinks and games aren’t over the top in prices, very affordable. £10 per game ain’t bad and a pint of soda for £4 so I can’t complain. Will definitely be back.
