Just got a scare from a text message "from Google" saying someone from Australia accessed my computer! I checked my activity logs and there were some warnings around the time the breach happened, so I wanted it to be checked for malware even though I have Norton on my machine. This shop is blocks from my house. It turned out to be a fraud email but while being checked out, Tilson, for a very reasonable bench fee, found some nasty software that had piggybacked in on some program and Norton hadn't caught it. Thank you!

The new screen was ordered and less than a week later I had my laptop in the shop and the new screen was installed in less than 45 minutes. The pricing was up front and the diagnosis was quick.
