had such a great experience getting my lips done with Kalli. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease—like I’d known her for years. I shared with her that I had previously experienced adverse reactions while stationed in Germany, and she took the time to really listen and understand my concerns. She thoughtfully chose a different product for me and was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. Kalli’s sweet and calming energy made the appointment feel less clinical and more like catching up with a friend. A few days after my treatment, I experienced some delayed swelling, and I was honestly so impressed with how quickly the team responded. They got a steroid pack ordered for me right away and made sure I felt cared for every step of the way. The clinic is located in Paseo, so be prepared for parking to be a bit tricky—you may need to park down the street and walk. Also, the clinic entrance is on the backside of the building, so keep an eye out for that. That said, once you’re inside, the care and attentiveness you’ll receive are absolutely worth it.
