I highly recommend LKA to anyone looking to be not only a part of a great team but a family. My son has learned so much and has enjoyed his experience attending coach Sonny’s classes. Unfortunately we’re moving but will be a must stop when we are in town. Thank you coach Sonny! My son has improved all around because of your teachings both in self defense and as a little man.

Ladies Kickboxing out of this world! Every time I go I shed weight like crazy and not to mention that I learn proper technique when it comes to boxing and kickboxing! I love it! 100% Recommended. MMA Classes are amazing for youngsters because Sonny's instruction boost self confidence in a valuable way and also kids learn how to deal with bullying in a non-violent positive way!
