A simple request at the front podium, "Could I please buy a garbage bag or two off of you?" Employee went into the managers office and came back 5 minutes later saying, "I'm sorry, My manager says I can't do that."

I am planning to cancel my membership. I absolutely cannot continue going to a gym affiliated with the lawyer who completely ripped me off when I filed my car accident insurance claim. That lawyer and the doctors took all the money and just threw a single steak coupon at me. It is truly disgusting and infuriating, so I simply cannot stay here any longer.

I am extremely disappointed with the overall condition and management at Las Vegas Athletic Clubs (LVAC) - Rainbow. While this location has potential, several ongoing issues raise serious concerns about both cleanliness and safety standards. First, the sanitation setup is inadequate. Paper towel dispensers only release very short strips (about 3–4 inches), which is not sufficient to properly wipe down equipment. This appears to be a cost-cutting measure at the expense of member hygiene. In a shared gym environment, this is unacceptable. More concerning is the condition of the cleaning spray bottles. Some are missing proper labels or have labels that are cut or defaced. This raises a potential compliance issue with OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200), which requires clear and complete labeling of chemicals. Members should not have to guess what they are spraying on shared equipment. Staff professionalism is also lacking. It is often difficult to get assistance from cleaning staff due to communication barriers, and front desk employees frequently appear disengaged—often on their phones, with little to no greeting or acknowledgment upon entry. A simple “Welcome” or “Good morning” goes a long way, but that basic level of service is consistently missing. Management presence is equally concerning. There is little visible supervision on the floor, and the lack of accountability shows in both staff behavior and facility conditions. Overall, this location needs significant improvement in sanitation practices, safety compliance, and customer service. Members deserve a clean, safe, and professionally managed environment—especially when it comes to health-related facilities.
