I wish I could remember the guy at the front desk’s name. But he was wonderful starting with my initial phone call! I let him know it was my 1st time and explained the whole process to me and got me an appointment same day. He even called back to let me know an earlier slot opened up. He matched the same great energy when I walked through the door! He’s great! Then my actual service was with Erin. She was soo amazing at explaining everything before we started. I feel like I owe her an apology because I know my eyelids were shaking the whole time hahaha I was soo nervous but she was so kind and patient with me. The end result was phenomenal!! She is a true professional and great at her craft. They look natural and I feel soooo pretty ❤️ thanks yall! I will definitely be back! Trust the reviews! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My experience at Lashes by Ann was wonderful!! Erin did a great job making me feel at ease. It was my first time ever getting lashes. Erin took her time explaining the process and aftercare with me. She made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be back!! My lashes look good and very natural.
I love that there's always an appt if my schedule opens up unexpectedly. I try to always book Lauren, she's very sweet and always gives me beautiful lashes!
Absolutely loved my experience at both Lashes by Ann locations! The customer service is incredibly sweet and top-notch. I wasn’t completely satisfied with my lashes at first and thought I might need to remove them entirely, but Ann’s amazing team was able to fix them perfectly after my mistake! A big thank you to Michelle, Lauren, Ann, and Mr. Nguyen for their understanding, patience, and exceptional care. Highly recommend!
