Latam absolutely blew us away. From the moment we reached out, they were responsive, professional, and genuinely excited to bring our Cuban wedding vision to life. Denise was so amazing — warm, accommodating, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. She made everything feel easy and personal, and we felt totally taken care of from start to finish. The food? Out of this world. From the perfectly seasoned ropa vieja to the flaky empanadas and sweet plantains, every dish was packed with authentic flavor and love. Even with a few dietary needs — including gluten-friendly options and a vegan caprese — the food still felt true to our theme and totally authentic. Our guests were raving about everything. They made everything seamless, and their team worked with us every step of the way to craft a menu that felt personal, festive, and inclusive. On top of all that, the price was pretty amazing compared to most — especially for the quality and service we received. Our Cuban-themed celebration wouldn’t have been the same without them. Latam catered our wedding 11.03.23 and we were over the moon with the outcome of their services. Anywhere from the food itself to the staff they have. Absolutely amazing experience from the beginning when we went for a taste test earlier on the year. Denise pays extreme attention to detail and she hears and executes all your requests and needs flawlessly. A month leading up to the wedding, we had wanted to change one of our proteins and absolutely no problem. We met, she gave us a sample and we weren’t even expecting that but she made it happen. Anytime Id text her, she was right there. We also used them for the bar and we couldn’t be more pleased, everyone enjoyed their entire experience from beginning to end. Their staff was absolutely fabulous. I highly highly highly recommend Latam Catering. They are the ones for you with the wide variety of options and handled with sooo much care! Latam catered our wedding and we were so happy with our decision. Jessica helped us initially with taste testing and then Denise followed-up with all our details and answered every question we had throughout the whole process. They also set up our table settings/rentals and did a beautiful job. Everyone was talking about the peppadews and meatballs, they were delicious! Thank you for a smooth and stress-free experience!
