This was the second Latitude location I have visited. The vibe in Norfolk is very distinct from the VB Blvd. venue. Some pearls: -I appreciated the roomy layout throughout and the music was trendy yet refreshingly unobtrusive. -The bathroom was clean; supplemented by abundant cubbies to store gear/street shoes. -Staff were attentive, tactful, and knowledgeable. -The fitness space was tidy, well thought-out, and nicely stocked. -The bouldering problems presented a variety of styles and challenges, with thoughtful routesetting.

Don’t buy the prepaid passes. Really disappointed in this location. I used to come all the time. Husband spend $190 on 10 prepaid passes for me to go. Got injured so wasn’t able to use them for a while. Came in today to be informed that they all had an expiration date of which I wasn’t informed and couldn’t know about since these are virtual passes in their system (not like in my email or visible in any way) Managers solution: They said I could just repurchase 10 more passes for $190 if I want. Thanks for that.. Just felt scammed, and really sad. I never ended up being able to use them, and it really wouldn’t have taken much on their part to reactivate them. It’s not like they’re losing money on this. I don’t know just incredibly disappointed in this store. They’re service has really changed. :( Definitely choosing another one to go to next time.

Be careful with this place. They “accidentally”double charge certain people (of color). Had me paying for two different accounts. And they love to announce to the entire gym that your account is over due when in actuality you’re just playing more for one person membership then the rest. I’d avoid this one y’all Ps: they harass you too then you leave them a bad review 🤣

Incredible experience the staff was very friendly and professional, ensuring our safety walk us through the safety waiver and showed us how to safely fall in tuck so that we don’t injure ourselves. Music was a great mix that helped keep the atmosphere fun very clean environment even the bathrooms, little snacks, andand drink varieties excited to go again this is my first time ever doing something like this. I very much enjoyed it. This is a kid friendly place as well.
