Kelly is so committed to sharing her best with us and I could not be more grateful. Today’s class was fun. The switch up with using blocks and music was exciting and we had a great session. I have never gotten the feeling that Kelly is just “going through the motions”. She truly invests in this community. I am forever thankful my health journey started with Torch and with Kelly.

Such an awesome studio! I have been coming to Torch since 2021 and it truly stands out as such a great community. With so many class options, inclusive events, and even garden days, there is truly something for everyone here.

For almost four months, that yoga studio was my sanctuary. Each session was amazing, offering a vibe that was absolutely ideal for practice. What I miss most since moving to Richmond is the calmness of the instructors' voices and their taste in class music. That sense of deep calm just hasn't translated to my new studio in Richmond (I had to move for my job). Kelly and Alison were simply the best teachers I had there.

Beautiful studio, and I think there's something to be said for pushing yourself to the edge of your comfort zone. I've enjoyed some good classes here (Sweet Surrender is a heated yin class), but if you prefer a more traditional and grounding practice, this place is not for you. An unheated Vinyasa Flow can just as easily be modified to "build heat" and if I wanted to do HIIT, I would just go to the gym. As someone who has maintained some variety of yoga practice for almost 15 years, I would not recommend this place to beginners. There are some good teachers here, but I've definitely had experiences where it just felt like they were reading off a script, didn't que modifications but instead just "push yourself" (not always accessible), and walked around the room while students were in child's pose and savasana (not trauma informed). Yoga is an extension of my spiritual life and where I go to bask in ease and feel at home in my body. I want an authentic, and tantric experience. For me this place just misses the mark.

Torch is absolutely amazing—it’s become my second home. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm smiles and genuine kindness of everyone there. The sense of community is incredible; it’s not just a place to practice yoga, but a space where I feel truly connected to others. The instructors are so supportive and inspiring, always encouraging me to grow while honoring my own pace. I app Traci ate the supper in building practice with tougher poses. Practicing here has not only strengthened my body but also filled me with a sense of peace. I really enjoy the meditation parts. It’s like a reset button for my being, allowing me to leave behind the chaos of the day and connect with the present moment. I love that each instructor brings that into focus.
