I recently worked with Lindsey as I represented the buyers and she was the listing agent. She was super communicative and responsive. The entire process from showing, to questions and feedback, negotiations, and title work was super smooth and all around happy clients. Who you hire as an agent matters as they are the clients spokesperson in a way. Lindsey did a great job of representing her client and providing excellent service and communication not only to her client but also to me as an agent.

I would highly recommend Lindsey DeFlorian as a real estate agent After interviewing several agents from various real estate companies, Lindsey from clearly stood out as the person we wanted to entrust in selling the home our family has lived in for 57 years. She showed up to the first meeting prepared, was very calm and pleasant to work with, had a great handle on the market in our specific neighborhood since she lived nearby, and took the time to walk through every room offering suggestions on what we could do to help prepare the home for sale to maximize it's value given, balancing what we felt we could do.
