I went with my aunt and found this experience less than satisfactory. As noted in other reviews the massage therapist did not honor the time (in the room less than 50 minutes), there was no “review”or “consultation” and it didn’t take 10 minutes to dress. She began the (deep tissue) massage quickly from the jump and ended just as abruptly. The receptionist noted upon checking out I was not from the area ( but I visit often and get weekly massages) which probably contributed to the vastly different treatment my aunt (who lives locally) received. She was upset as well. Today they lost not one but two customers.

Lavida massage of Raleigh I recently had a facial appointment that was scheduled for one hour, but the service was completed in only 45 minutes, and some areas of my face were not treated. I had also informed the esthetician that my skin is oily, but I am not sure what products were used during the session. Unfortunately, after returning home, I noticed red bumps and irritation all over my face. I am very disappointed with the experience, as I do not feel the service was worth the money I paid.I wouldn't recommended anybody.

I'm sure that everyone understands that getting a massage is a very personal quest for relief from stress, pain or both. People DESERVE some relaxation and need to know that they are not wasting their time and money when trying to find a reliable place for massages and related relaxation services. My experience at Lavida was pleasant, relaxing, and therapeutic. It's been years since my last massage and this trip today convinced me that this is something I need to add back to my routine! I could tell my masseuse was knowledgeable and was very attentive to my level of comfort during the procedures. Time spent at Lavida is well worth it.

I received a very relaxing prenatal massage from Belkys! I highly recommend her and this facility! It was overall relaxing and calming for me - exactly what I needed! Belkys was able to gently work out some tightness and knots in my back and neck, while also keeping me relaxed. Very good balance. I definitely plan on returning!
