We travelled from Steinbach because we usually enjoy this place, but yesterday the counter staff member wearing glasses and a black sweater was unnecessarily rude. Taking payments, giving shoes, responding to size requests - everything came with attitude. We felt singled out and unwelcome. If basic customer service is too much to ask, people from diverse backgrounds may want to take their business elsewhere.

Awesome establishment. My partner has been bowling here since he was a young pup, and in all the years I've spent here I've grown quite fond of the staff and bowlers as well. When something goes wrong with the lanes (with machines/technology nothing is ever perfect, cars break down too!) we ask for help and are assisted whenever the next employee is available. The new pizza is delicious as well. Well done! Love that you guys honour the retro feel while making improvements where you can. Cheers! 🎳

I was extremely pleased to find a place where I could take my young family to bowl without breaking the bank. I've bowled 5-pin lots in my life, but this was my first time bowling 10-pin. The fellow behind the counter was friendly and very helpful. Great facility! Thank you, LaVérendrye Bowling Lanes! I look forward to coming again soon!
