I hired Ben Carrasco for a divorce/custody battle in Hays County. I went in knowing it was gonna be complicated, but I didn’t fully appreciate how demanding the process was until I was living it day-to-day. My case involved a bunch of litigation and a ton of stress. Having Ben in my corner was the best decision I made. Ben’s style is aggressive and strategic, which was exactly what I needed when the other side was not being transparent and documents were not being produced. He was aggressive when it mattered, including pursuing discovery enforcement, and he stayed focused on the long game the entire time. We were up against a very well-resourced legal team and Ben stayed focused, prepared, and was a legal mastermind throughout the case. We ultimately got an outstanding result: I won primary custody after a grueling 5-day jury trial! Communication is a big reason I’m leaving this review. Ben was consistently available and responsive — including responding late at night like other reviewers noted — which is something you don’t truly appreciate until you’re in the middle of litigation and trying to make high-stakes decisions fast. I also appreciate how Ben treated me like a partner in the case. He didn’t sugarcoat things, he gave me clear direction, and we stayed focused on what mattered. If you’re considering Ben, here’s my advice: he works best when you are also responsive and organized. He will tell you what he needs and when he needs it. Ben can simplify complex issues, anticipate the other side’s moves, and execute a plan in court. If you stay engaged, meet deadlines and follow his plan, you’ll understand why he’s so effective. I’m forever grateful he helped my son and our family.

Finding Mr. Carrasco was the best thing that ever happened to me. I originally hired a law firm that was just draining my funds but not moving my case just letting it drag out. After reading many reviews on Mr. Carrasco I knew I had to do a consult. I was dealing with a very controlling, lying, narcissistic EX. I can finally say I am divorced thanks to Ben's capabilities. Ben was wonderful with helping me navigate through my divorce and custody of my young son. Ben was very to the point and very proactive in dealing with my case. He had been very attentive and quick to respond to all my inquiries about my high conflict divorce around the clock. He had ultimately helped guide me through the mediation process, so I could avoid going to court, which I preferred in the end. I would highly recommend Ben for helping with first time divorcees, high conflict divorce, and through the custody process.
