Do not use this law office. They were horrible. I was tossed around between multiple attorneys. My case was reassigned from my first assigned attorney to another attorney, who left the company, then I was passed on to another attorney who was actually competent, but wasn't assigned to manage settlements, then a final attorney who did not read any of the medical documents I had authorized access to for review to utilize in advocating for me, my injury, and the impact of the car accident on my life. During one of our meetings with a settlement moderator he was reading the evidence of injury for the first time, what my job as an occupational therapist entailed (lifting people, etc), and didn't think twice about showing me how unprepared he was. He was more focused on the cheeseburger he was planning to order for lunch after the meeting, and telling me about his most recent tropical SCUBA diving trip. I was urging him to prepare, came ready with all documentation needed and he still didn't prep anything. I attempted to advocate for myself as he was quiet and the mediator was quite aggressive with me, and of course was unsuccessful because I am a healthcare professional and not a lawyer. This company and attorneys were completely unprepared, and did not advocate for me. They wanted the base settlement from the insurance company, so they wouldn't need to put any work in other than requesting documents from my healthcare providers that weren't even reviewed by my lawyer. Exceptionally disappointing. Please trust me and do not work with this company. Don't let them take advantage of your already stressful situation.

I had such a great experience with this law firm. Specifically with my lawyer Rudy Romero. Throughout this process he communicated clearly and was very responsive to any questions I had. He definitely made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend this firm & anyone needing a personal injury attorney.
