Had a complicated Temporary Protection Order Violation charge dismissed by Eric. My first attorney enjoined me to take a plea deal which I rejected immediately, knowing well the TRO was rubbish in the first place and that I wasn't guilty of the charge. I found Eric after a few Google searches and his reviews caught my attention. To cut the whole story long, this man showed for me like the previous attorney never did. He understood my story and took it upon himself. Having perused my case files and the bogus charges, he finally succumbed the State into dismissing the case. I had no doubt that this would be successful due to his ingenuity and attention to details. Mr. Eric's professionalism is beyond measures and his accessibility even made things easier for me. Eric is a super star! After calling multiple attorneys in the area and dealing with outlandish pricing and very poor communication, Eric stepped in with confidence and clearly explained the process and his expectations for our case. In fact Eric went above and beyond and had all tickets waived to the fine of a very small amount for 3 tickets. Eric’s pricing is fair. His office is highly competent. The communication is solid. I hired Eric to handle a very stressful immigration court matter involving an NTA. Given how uncertain immigration court outcomes are during this time, I appreciated that he was honest and realistic from the start. He explained the risks clearly and never gave false reassurance.
