I was referred by a family member, and I should have done more research before letting her take my case. I felt desperate to get out of the turbulent marriage I was in. The simple divorce was dragged out for a year with out any reason why. Both Susan and his lawyer would take turns using scheduling conflicts to postpone the hearing over and over. I was not sure why someone would double schedule their calendar, being a lawyer and having a paralegal you would think that is a simple task. She would tell me one thing and then do another. Her "promises" ( what the other side agreed on) was never in writing and then she would never come through. Communication was non existent. She would tell me she didn't have my file in front of her when I finally got her on the phone. I would have been better off representing myself. I truly felt in my heart my best interests were not a priority for her and it was like she was working for the other team. I really hope no one has to go through a divorce, however if you do please do your research and get EVERYTHING in writing. I know I was not a difficult or needy client. I barely reached out to her, but in the occasion where I needed her, she was not available or asked me to reach out to her paralegal, Her paralegal would not even answer the phone when Susan was unavailable. The worst experience ever. It is bad enough to have to go through a divorce but then to feel mislead and not being heard was not what I expected after paying. Or course your deposit or the remainder is non refundable.

Susan worked hard on my case. She was honest the whole time. She represented me when the case was quite possibly at a point easy for other party to lie. I'll know soon enough if that is true, and if not adapt best I can. Still I think she worked hard & the evidence certainly points this way when I organize attorney work.

I hired Attorney Susan Perkins to represent me in a divorce. She is a great and very knowledgeable attorney. I was going through what was supposed to be simple divorce, that has turned into a a very difficult one and Susan was there for me every step of the way. I would not be able to do it without her. I really like the fact that I only dealt with my attorney and not a substitution one like some big firms have. I was able to get divorced and leave a toxic domestic violence relationship. I highly recommend Attorney Susan.

Susan met my expectations and then some. Not only did she handle one of my cases but two and she made sure I came out on the other side. From the moment I met Susan I knew I could put my trust in her and she reassured me everything would work out in my favor, as it did, and thanks to her. Every worry, every doubt, every fear I had was set aside every time we spoke and she gave me not only the support but confidence I needed to tackle what lied ahead of me. I can only give gratitude and thanks to what Susan has done for my small family and I. For anyone going through any legal battles I would highly recommend her. She is a great attorney and all around great person.

1. I needed to get a divorce. 2. I chose Susan specifically because of her background with LGBTQ+. He reviews were excellent as well. 3. I did like that they got back to you really quickly and we're very willing to help me and be by my side. 4. I was able to successfully get the divorce, and able to work out custody and other related issues rather easily. 5. I've been able to finally get my life back on track and able to get my son the help he needs as well.
