Leo did an excellent job. He was communicative, kind, and very professional throughout the entire process. Our furnace issue was tricky and took a couple of return visits, but he showed up each time quickly and with a great attitude. He explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, kept me informed the whole time, and made sure everything was fully resolved.
