LCBO location on Upper James is one of the best in Hamilton! The store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a wide selection of wines, beers, and spirits. I appreciate how they have everything laid out, making it easy to find exactly what I’m looking for or discover something new. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable—they really know their products. I asked for help finding a specific whiskey, and they not only found it but also recommended a couple of similar options that I ended up loving. They also have a great seasonal selection and gift sets, which are perfect for picking up last-minute gifts. Parking is convenient too, so it’s always a smooth experience shopping here. Overall, a great LCBO location with top-notch service!

I received a bottle of salted caramel crown royal for Christmas gift. When it was being opened the head snapped of and completely broke. I’d say it’s very odd. Not sure exactly what to do. There’s not information on there website how to go about handling this. Please look at the photos for reference of what happened. I had to tossed the whole bottle. Such a waste and it was a huge bottle. Never got to try it so I’ll never know what it tasted like 🥲 Cheers
