This is my very first time doing Pilates at 32 years old after two kids, and I have to say Rachel Braddock is the absolute best!! She is highly focused on the quality of movement over quantity and will constantly correct your form, adjust the resistance, and provide modifications for the less advanced. Her playlists are fire and will have you going at 6am! Joining Le Bloc was the best decision I've ever made!

I can't say enough great things about the Le Bloc Studio! I never liked working out and I finally found a class that I enjoy going to. Give yourself a month of classes to learn all the moves and cues because once you do, it is well worth your time. Rachel and her crew are top notch!

I’ve been doing strictly Le Bloc Pilates almost everyday for 9 months and my body has completely changed. I’ve shedded inches off my entire body without absolutely killing myself with a HIIT workout. Every instructor is incredible and each gives you a different workout. 10/10 recommend Le Bloc.
