Spent some time in a chair with Artist Matt on 4/25/2025. First impressions: the place is very clean and looks amazing. Matt was able to take my idea and build an incredible custom design. He did an awesome job and exceeded my expectations, very professional. Great conversation during the procedure and afterwards care. Would highly recommend this Tattoo venue if in Quebec city, Canada
