Have just had Air conditioning fitted into our property. From first contact by email the experience was excellent. Ollie answered the multitude of questions especially at the site visit. We are OAPs so always worried about employing tradesmen but this company were not pushy and didn’t rush us into a decision. The 3 engineers that installed the units were efficient and friendly and made no mess whatsoever. One of them held a vacuum while the other drilled so no dust. The price we felt was very reasonable for top of the range units and experienced fitters. Would highly recommend

Olly and the team are fantastic, after going through two previous local companies, it is a breath of fresh air to have such a reliable and honest company on hand. They are quick to respond and will work along side other trades to get the job done. I cannot recommend them enough.

I was after two 9kW 4 way multisplits installed at home, I had already contacted other installers with exact details of what I wanted and had them try to steer me to alternate solutions that didn't meet my needs and cost a fortune. Leader were very different. I spoke to Olly, sent him drawings etc, and he was incredibly supportive. Everything happened really fast, from point of order to install. Both units are online and working well, and the installers were really friendly and tolerated me being very interested in the whole process!! Ended up going for Stylish units at Ollys suggestion and they look stunning, are virtually silent, heat the house really well, and are so far saving us a fortune vs gas. Even the outdoor units are as neat and unobtrusivley sited as a big beige box can be, and I am thrilled with it all. The Daikin app works well but I've installed esp32 modules for local control and automated it all with Home Assistant. Honestly this is the best home improvement ever.

We contacted a lot of companies to get a quote but none of them came back to us except Olly! From the minute we met him he had us sold - such a lovely guy and clearly wanted us be happy with the product and service 😊. We were happy with the quote and Olly and Bryn came to fit on a Saturday morning and what a brilliant job they did - the unit is super efficient and you wouldn’t know they had been - it was left so clean and tidy. They explained how the unit worked and made sure we were happy, which we were! No hidden costs and a lovely couple of people. Thanks both we will think of you as we sleep in our cool room this summer 🤣! Highly recommended.
