We recently had the second half of the annual preventive maintenance service from Lee Air Conditioning. Scheduling was quick and easy, they even send reminders when it's time to schedule the service. Our service technician Matt did a thorough evaluation and test to ensure both systems were operating properly and in good condition. Lee's preventive maintenance service is a great value!!

Lee Air always does a great job for us. We've used them in Durham and in Raleigh and I can always count on them. All of their specialits are extremely knowlegeable and also polite. And they fix what's there. They don't try to sell you new system, which a lot of other hvac businesses will do. When they tell me I need a new system, I will know it's really time. I'm reviewing 2 visits here. This time is was HVAC system mtc, but a few months ago it was AC repair. The mtc was already paid for, but the A/C repair cost over 1k.

Absolutely fabulous job. I called Lee Air for a quote on installing AC in a new unit we leased. Joe Lee was out the same day and immediately had a system in mind that would fit our limited budget. The lead install tech Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. He and his crew did an excellent job with installation, even though some of the materials to complete the job were limited due to our tight budget. The end result looks extremely professional and tidy, and works great! Would highly recommend this company for commercial AC needs.
