There are two advantages we found in using Terminix: (1) they cover a wide range of services; and (2) their people are well-trained and good in dealing with the customers. We had three types of services provided by Terminix staff: (1) general insect protection-inside and out; (2) termite inspection and monitoring; and (3) prevention of bats (attic) and mice (crawl space) from returning. While the fees are not "cheap," my wife and I value our time very much and Terminix is excellent in going about their work efficiently with minimal input required from us.

Souley, took care of our quarterly service today and educated me on the type of product being used today and why and showed me where he had treated specific areas. He also went over his findings and was very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. I look forward to our next quarterly treatment session and hope that he is assigned to our residence.

He didn’t rush, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I understood what to look for and how prevention works. I’ve been using Terminix for my pest control needs, and I have to say my technician, Shaun, has been outstanding. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I really appreciate how thorough he was during the visit—checking all the key areas, addressing any concerns I mentioned, and making sure everything was treated properly. What stands out most is his friendliness and attention to detail. He didn't rush through the appointment at all. If every tech were like mine, everyone would want Terminix!!! Highly recommend!
