I bought a flowering gum and it started to die after only 1.5 days. I rang them, the guy had a bad attitude and was no help at all. I will never go there again. We still need so much for our landscaping and plants. I will go elsewhere, their loss as we would need to spend several thousand dollars. I also found some of the staff quite rude. Take my advise and go elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had called four times beforehand to confirm that turf would be arriving, specifically so I wouldn’t miss out. I arrived early, before the truck was meant to arrive, only to be spoken to very rudely too by Richard and told I was wrong. Customer service was extremely poor and completely unnecessary. A little respect and basic communication go a long way. On the positive side, this experience led me to find a fantastic turf supplier with genuine customer service. If anyone needs turf, feel free to message me and I’m happy to share their details.

Customer service was terrible. Travelled from Nelson Bay to pick up 20m2 of turf only to be told the delivery had been cancelled. It happens but the way we where treated by the owner was extremely rude. Zero stars Richard please improve your behaviour champ.

I went to lee Rowan's garden world for the first time and purchased a large bag of firewood ($188 with membership discount). The wood comes in a very large green bag which has to be disposed of , or returned to the store, as it is a one time use bag. On unloading the wood I discovered that the was alot ( about 40 kgs) of mulch type material throughout the bag. This made it difficult to unload as I had to shake each piece of wood before stacking and wood in the bottom half of the bag was covered in it and had to be dug out. As the wood was wet some of the mulch remained stuck to it and will end up on the ground or floor of the house. I returned the bag, with mulch, back to the store to show them how much was left. I spoke to the manager , Tony, to let him know that something was wrong. He didn't seem surprised about the amount of mulch and said that I could leave the bag , with mulch, there. I will be looking for somewhere else to purchase firewood.

Delivered the cleanest burning firewood we’ve ever had! Came in a 1M3 handy green bag and brought up our steep drive on a mini forklift and popped under our carport! Best customer service ever!
