We recently visited Lee Rowan’s Gardenworld and had a fantastic experience. The service from Paige and Mark was exceptional—they were incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find that level of customer care these days. Highly recommended!

I arrived at the café at 7:00 a.m. with two friends and were told by the staff member that they weren’t open until 7:00 a.m., which was confusing given the time. He did say we could sit down, but advised that nothing was ready and the coffee machine wouldn’t be operational for another 15 minutes. We were happy to wait and sat chatting, however by 7:20 a.m. there had been no follow-up or communication from staff. The staff member walked past us without any acknowledgment or indication that we could order or when service might begin. Feeling unwelcome and unsure, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience gave us the impression that our business wasn’t valued.
