I had a hydrafacial with the Leeds Private hospital today. The facilities, the staff and the experience was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and when I left I felt like a new man. My skin was glowing and felt brand new. Highly recommended!

I had my consultation with Dr Arshad today. I have always hated my nose, I felt it was very bulbous, quite snout like. But when I spoke to Dr Arshad, he took pictures and showed me them on the tablet and explained that he did not think I needed a nose job! He explained my proportions and why having a nose job would not improve the appearance of my nose. He did listen to my worries and concerns about the appearance but he was able to explain to me why having a nose job would not be something he would do. My consultation was supposed to be £250 but Dr Arshad said as he would not go through with surgery he would not charge me. I really can't stress what a weight has been lifted just talking and getting reassurance from Dr Arshad that my nose if fine! And how much I totally respect him for not charging me for the consultation.

I had a deep plane facelift in Jul 2025 and I am thoroughly delighted with my results. I initially started the process with 2 f2f consultations followed by a more thorough consultation and a pre op assessment. The process was focussed on my best interests all the time and the staff were very caring, understanding and supportive. I felt like all my needs were met before, during the surgery and post surgery. I am now 4 months post op and feel I look great and feel great. It has had a very positive impact on my inner sense of peace. I was very bothered about my side profile, double chin, loss of volume in the face. All these concerns have been resolved and I feel like I have had a full reset 👍🏻

Very dissapointed! I have been speaking to Leeds private hospital Via whatsapp about Rhinoplasty which is run by the whole team so i did not know who i was speaking to, i would get different answers all the time. Then Dr Arshad rang me saying if i was free for a face to face call consultation. Dr Arshad then was not able to speak to me he did not tell me why and all of sudden on the face to face call i was speaking to the director which is his wife Saumya. She had lack of knowledge of my questions and could not answer them properly so she told me to come down to The leeds clinic and have a consultation there which i did not request and i thought its part of the process so its always good to go down to the clinic and speak and see how its like. Once i arrived i was called into a room and then again the director Saumya was doing my consultation which again was pointless as she is not the surgeon! she has lack of knowledge , could not answer and explain anything well. She was really unprofessional! i had explained to her that i would need to see Dr arshad who would be doing my surgery so i can address my concerns and what i want to achieve with him but she would not agree and said i have had to many consultations and i woulld need to pay £250, i then agreed to the £250 as it does state on their website that if you proceed with surgery that it deducts it from there. She said 'no it wont be deducted , no further admin time or information will be given without charge' I had explained to her i have only had 1 phone app and one face to face which you called me in and its been without the surgeon himself! she would not lisen to me and left me very upset. Another reason i am happy and dont regret going down to the clinic was because i got to see Dr Arshads work in person as his wife the director Saumya who i had the consultation with had her nose rhinoplasty with him and was around 8/9 months post opp and her nose was done too small she literally had no top lip so when she was speaking i could not even catch her words! and her nose front the front was not exactly straight the top of her nose bridge it was bent. So that also made me not go ahead with this clinic. Overall i would not recommend Leeds private hospital they sure might do your surgery but if you ever had problems i can assure you they would not help and support you. I am currently going through Pall Mall in manchester and on watsapp and via call the service has been amazing!! they literally answer all your questions wenever you like and are really reassuring! You can have a consultation with the surgeon for free and they do the morphs within that consultation all for free!! And i havnt even been to the clinic yet but i know 100% they would take care of you really well. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere, where the service is on point and they make you feel welcomed!!

I was really nervous about booking a consultation, especially after being told by multiple surgeons that I probably wouldn’t be able to get the result I wanted because of how deformed my nose had been left after my previous NHS surgery. It was a really difficult experience, and it left me feeling disheartened and unsure of what was possible. But after doing a lot of research on this hospital, I decided to go ahead and book a consultation even though I didn’t have high expectations. When I met Dr. Arshad, I felt like I was finally being understood. He was genuinely kind and compassionate about everything I had been through. He did explain that my case would be challenging, but he also reassured me that achieving the outcome I wanted was possible. During my consultations and 1-to-1 appointments, I was shown medical imaging of how my nose could look, which gave me real hope for the first time in a long while. When the day of surgery came, everything went smoothly. I had an open septorhinoplasty using rib cartilage, which I was quite nervous about beforehand, but I honestly felt like I was in the best possible hands. Sommiya was amazing throughout, always checking in on me and making sure I was okay. Her kindness and support after the surgery made a huge difference to my recovery. I’m genuinely really happy with the outcome. After everything I went through, it feels so good to finally look in the mirror and feel comfortable and confident in how I look. A big thank you to Dr. Arshad, Sommiya , and the entire team for their support and for helping me achieve a result I didn’t think was possible.
