I was really excited to come in and get my nails done, especially since I had selected the Left Bank manicure because it included both a manicure and a massage—something I was really looking forward to. I filled out the form and checked the services I wanted, assuming that meant I’d be getting both and was totally fine paying for both. When my nails were finished, the tech said “have a good day,” and I was honestly confused because I never received the manicure or massage I had requested. When I mentioned it at the front desk, the receptionist laughed and said, “Oh, we make less money that way,” which came across as pretty rude and dismissive. I just wish there had been clearer communication. If I selected and was willing to pay for both services, I would expect to actually receive both. The whole experience was disappointing since it didn’t match what I had asked for.

Hit or miss depending on what you get and who does your nails, but they usually do a decent job.
