Nathan was a great service tech. There were some challenges during the service, but he handled it perfectly and had my furnace fully functional after getting new parts installed. A lot can be said about a company that supports their staff and clients. Legacy met that challenge.

Nick (Country) was extremely thorough with addressing my questions that went above my original request of quotation. Looked at existing ductwork in crawlspace and formulated a resolution to why I thought a duct cleaning may not be the solution, rather correctly ducting with proper connections to associated rooms to increase air flow. Showed me current set up under house, and why it wasn't efficient. Thank you Nick.
