Our kids had a bad experience with them for their homecoming dance last weekend. We rented a particular bus and the one that we were supposed to have had an issue with the AC so they used a bus that was not nearly as nice. It happens and we understand but then tried to charge us for a broken curtain for $452.00. The curtain was extremely cheap and would not even add up to $20. The fact they did not call it even when we did not get what we paid for us is not good customer service. To top it off the mom has a charge of 300,000 on her card mysteriously the same day. Very suspect for sure. This all could be avoided if they put the customer first. Plenty of other party buses out there so do not recommend.

Do your research and DO NOT RENT from this company. I rented a 42 passenger party bus for homecoming. The promised bus did not arrive. Instead, a spray painted (black) school bus arrived that was in dilapidated condition. I was actually embarrassed to send my group in the bus but they were already late so we just went ahead and sent them. This bus was filthy on the inside. The decorations mirrored something that you would see in the 80's. The kids made the best of it but Legacy Limo absolutely owes my party a refund for their mistake. This company is fraudulent. They post pictures of buses on their website that they absolutely do not have in their fleet. They blame it on "mechanical failures" and send vehicles that mirror something prisoners would ride on. After reading previous reviews, I can see that this is common practice. I can also see that their buses are not mechanically sound as MANY have had the same issues. Further, they try to blame your party for damage so they can receive further compensation. I have had to dispute all charges on my credit card for their service as they are "not responsible" for the absolutely terrible service they provided. I will be leaving reviews on multiple platforms to make sure nobody else gets scammed by this terrible company.

Really appreciated the professionalism from start to finish for the trip. That includes the attention to detail working with Bob on the planning to ensure we had the right luxury vehicle as well as the exemplary service Don provided as the driver. Highly recommend Legacy for the DFW area!
