Jules and another guy walked into the barber shop where I was waiting to get my haircut. They started talking to the owner about his internet service. I asked Jules if they did mobile phones and he said yes and he answered my many questions very patiently. We have a business and needed 7 phones, shipped all over the country, with a whole bunch of unique needs. He made certain I had everything I needed and must’ve texted me 20x to make sure I was dialed in. I’m now very happy and saving tons of money over my previous plan! He’s also just a pleasant, very bright person. I highly recommend him and his team!
Mary and Brandon were incredible! After a year without WiFi, I’m going to get it installed for free, at an affordable rate every month! Mary was very transparent about the entire process and together their customer service skills could not be denied! They took a good portion of time out of their day to help me and I could not be more thankful!
Alexis was very professional and patient in explaining to me about the 5G Internet and services. I got the modem in a couple of days and started testing it immediately. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me not because the product was bad it was my location is deep within the building that the 5G signal was too weak. I called Alexis to help me cancel the order. She called the appropriate department and merge me into the call with AT&T customer service. She stayed on the three way call until the cancellation was completed successfully and asked if there was anything she could help me with. Alexis’ service was just awesome. I will definitely catch up with if there is anything I need in the future.
