I have been going to LeMans Westend for a number of years now, first with my previous car and now my current car. Not only are they brilliant on servicing but when things are more complex they rise to solving any mechanical challenge. The mechanics are professional and skilled and Emily who is the face at Westend is a superstar. They really look after you. Highly Recommend.

Having Le Mans - West End look after my 2015 A1 Audi is terrific. Easy booking on line or by phone, excellant communication by Emily throughout process, orderly workshop and clear what they are doing, pricing explained before they do the work and detailed invoices supplied. I'm not knowledgeble with cars so appreciate time spent to explain what is required and what isn't, what should be budgeted for next time. Less expensive than Audi servicing and close to home and transport to and from as well! When recently had a very damaged tyre, fitted me in and fixed without issues. Damage to a sensor also done in same manner.

I was really impressed with the level of service I received yesterday at the West End garage. They were recommended to me anyway, but at this time of year and also how visibly busy they were, it felt like we got top priority regardless. A really helpful manager on the front desk, said to just bring in our car and we will get it done. Very professional and courteous staff on the tools, made us feel we weren't in the way (which we were really) and just seamlessly got to it. I don't write reviews unless it is exceptional service or value. This garage delivers both. Rare qualities these days.

Highly recommend! The team look after all of our vehicles and I can honestly say they’re the most trustworthy mechanics we’ve ever used. They’re upfront, honest, and never try to make you pay for anything you don’t actually need. Their communication is awesome, calls and sms updates. Great service, fair pricing and real peace of mind.
