Sergi and the team have provided awesome customer service, been super accomodating to my schedule and the turnover time for repairs has been nothing short of phenomenal. I recently had my car checked and repaired at Rapid Tune, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. After picking up the car, I returned for a final inspection, and the whole team took the time to carefully check everything again and made sure the car was running properly. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out. I especially want to thank the manager, who was very professional, patient, and responsible throughout the process. All the staff were friendly and supportive, and as a non-native English speaker, I truly appreciated how clearly and patiently they communicated with me. It made a big difference and gave me confidence in the work they did. Great service and a great team — highly recommended!
