Our car was making a noise from the left-hand side, and we initially thought it might be a wheel issue. To ensure the safety of all road users, we stopped at the nearest car repair shop - Rapid Tune. As soon as we walked into the reception area, we were warmly greeted by a staff member, later introduced as Sergi. Since we weren’t sure what was causing the noise, we showed him a video we had taken while driving. He seemed to immediately have an idea of what the issue might be and went outside to inspect the car. Within a minute, Sergi identified the problem - something had fallen from the underside of the vehicle, rather than there being an issue with the wheels. He fixed it in about five minutes. I took a photo at the time simply because his actions reflected a high level of professionalism, and I had nothing else to do in the moment. It turns out that photo became the perfect addition to this review for Sergi, who truly reassured a worried couple through his professionalism and generosity. Thank you Sergi!

I booked my general service through their website and got a quick call to lock in the appointment. The manager was easy to talk to and very professional. Dropped my car off early morning and had it ready by midday, which was faster than expected. They rang me after the inspection to go over the issues and repairs before proceeding. Everything went smoothly and I was happy with the service. I’ve been here before and will keep coming back. Thank you Rapid Tune East Brisbane team!

With a fresh wave of management : Quick general service on a Saturday morning which is handy. They did all the basics then added in a new dipstick, sorted my lights that were blurry and replaced another light, no drama. Checked my battery and tyres, with good recommendations for things that needed doing, but not too pushy for over servicing. Great friendly care maintenance at a fair price. Recommend these folks.

I’ve now visited Rapid Tune East Brisbane twice, once for an issue with my air conditioning and another time to diagnose and replace my O2 sensors and both experiences have been outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the team were upfront, organised, and genuinely helpful. With the air-con issue, they diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it clearly, and had it sorted the same day. On my second visit for the O2 sensors, they again turned the job around faster than I expected and kept me updated throughout the process. What really stood out both times was the combination of quality workmanship and fair pricing. There were no hidden surprises, no pressure, and no feeling of being upsold. No fluffging around, just honest work done properly and professional opinions and recommendations given straight up. It’s rare to find mechanics you can trust, but Sergie and the team at Rapid Tune East Brisbane has earned that from me. I’m extremely happy with their professionalism, speed, and the results. I’ll definitely be returning for all future car servicing and repairs. Highly recommend.
