Mr Eugene came out around 9am, he diagnosed the issue, explained to me the problem and the solution, and gave me the options I had. Mr Eugene seems like he has plenty experience because he was efficient, came in and did the work and was very professional and friendly. I appreciate him getting us right.

The technician arrived earlier then expected, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the best solution no pressure, no upselling, just honest expertise. The work was completed quickly and with great attention to detail. Everything was left clean, and my system is now running better than it ever has. All staff were extremely courteous, the appointment was scheduled in a timely manner.. our only complaint is the cost. The plumber arrived then left for an hour to get a pipe, worked for a bit then needed to leave again this time for over an hour for a blade- the total hour and a half of work was much more expensive - I was told since I signed off on the pricing before that’s the cost - be careful that’s were they get you. All in all the problem was resolved and I learned a lesson. I asked for a call back to discuss the logistics but never rec’d one.

The Len’s team was wonderful. They worked all day and did a beautiful installation of a new gas heated boiler system. They were pleasant, efficient, talked me through the features of the new system, and cleaned up the area nicely. Highest possible recommendation.

Joe and Dan did a fantastic job installing a very long gas line to a future pool heater. Thourgh, neat, and very professional. They did not mind at all with me watching them work and answering all my questions. I would not hesitate these guys doing more work in the future.
