Staff is of no help.. my card got stuck.in the recharge machine.. they said they will have it removed with the techincian.. but after 2 hours too when I went back they refused to help. I had like 500 tickets..all lost... the boy on the reception openly refused. He said we cannot do anything.. sorry ..what a shame.. I am never going to go there again nor would recommend anyone to even go there..
