Went here two day's in a row. It's a kennels what more can you say. The dogs appear to be well looked after. Although I didn't get a guided tour of the place. I would have to say that the dogs are well behaved and looked after. We went there to adopt a dog 8 months old puppy. We were not disappointed, and was the reason for the second visit. After meeting the dog on day 1. Returned the following day to pick her up. Home check was done over the phone with a video call. I showed the person in question around my home. To see if it was a suitable environment for the dog. If you are planning on adopting a dog then I would definitely recommend this place. By the way the graveyard is right next door to the kennels. Great and peaceful place to walk your dog around. A great many thanks to all the staff here that looked after our new puppy, prior to us becoming the new owners. Moreover, if you at all think that we went into this agreement lightly. It's approximately 78 miles from my house to the kennels. Hence the video call for the home inspection.

I would definitely recommend these kennels for dog boarding. I picked up my 2 dogs today after staying here for 11 days and it's safe to say they have been looked after, no weight loss or anything other than being smelly dogs( which is expected after being in kennels) , they are their usual happy self's and I am grateful for that! This would have been a full 5* review if it wasn't for the lack of communication while Hamish and Luna were in boarding. I called for an update and was told how they were doing and informed they used what's app as a way to communicate with updates. So I sent a message and never got any replies. This did leave me worrying a little about my 2 dogs as they had never been left before and I was just hoping they were ok thankfully they were. So definitely more communication would make this 5* in the future, we will definitely be back 😁

We used Levernbank’s daycare service for our puppy and were left extremely dissatisfied with the service. Initially, we thought they were great as our puppy was coming home exhausted and we were getting good reports at the end of the day. However, after a few weeks, we were told that our dog was too noisy and too boisterous to be out in the exercise run with the other dogs and was then isolated after that and was she was taken on walks by herself. On numerous occasions, she was coming home either smelling of pee or with injuries that the staff were not able to explain. Since moving to a different daycare, we have had nothing but glowing reports and our dog is constantly playing and socialising with the other dogs. We have also been informed from other owners at the new daycare that they had also used Levernbank for their big dogs and had similar experiences and were told their dogs were too noisy. From this, I can only assume that they aren’t capable of handling large dogs.
